Our company follows a meticulous process in HR management in order to place candidates in positions in line with its values. Advertisements are published on career websites, applications are reviewed and suitable candidates are invited for interviews. During the interviews, competencies are measured, suitable candidates are selected and job offers are made.
In HR management, the selection and placement process is managed with the approach of placing candidates who are in line with the company values in the positions needed, based on our company's goals and principles. In order to reach potential candidates with appropriate qualifications, job postings are published on career websites, and applications for positions are made via the internet and/or by evaluating the applications made in person at our workplace.As a result of the examination of the applications, candidates with appropriate qualifications are identified and invited for an interview. In the interview, their competencies are measured according to the requirements of the position. As a result of all these evaluations, a job offer is made by Human Resources to the eligible candidates and the recruitment process for the position is finalized.
The Remuneration Management System of our Company is determined and updated depending on the wage market conditions of the country and the sector, job levels, company wage policy and performance parameters. The remuneration of our employees is based on performance and competencies.
Performance management in our company is implemented with a 'transparent' approach in order to increase the contribution and motivation of our employees and to reward their success. Our evaluation system consists of goal setting in line with our company's strategies and the distribution of goals to departments, taking action through periodic and year-end evaluations of goals, and feedback processes.In our performance evaluation system conducted online through the HR portal, our managers conduct periodic evaluation and feedback interviews with their teams. In these meetings, the actions to be taken to improve the performance of the employee are determined, the development and career planning of the employee is organized, and the performance results are applied as criteria for wage increases and career advancement of our employees.
In order to increase the competencies of our employees, ensure their professional development and increase their sectoral knowledge, trainings and development practices are provided within our company. Training planning is prepared in line with the development needs identified as a result of performance evaluation. Our annual training programs include different topics such as personal development, technical knowledge and skills, management skills, sales and marketing in line with the training needs of our personnel.
Within the scope of our HR management, career planning studies are carried out for all our white-collar employees. In line with strategic plans, human resources requirements are determined and efforts are made to identify and develop human resources with the qualifications to meet these requirements from within the company. This system aims to ensure coordination between the future goals of our company and the individual goals of our employees, to improve their existing competencies and to provide them with new competencies required for the positions they may assume in the future, and development practices are carried out.
